What format is your
book available in? |

My book is currently available in two formats:
- Soft cover: 198 pages, 8.5" x
11.0", perfect binding, 60# white interior paper, black and white interior
ink , 100# exterior paper, full-color exterior ink.
- Hard cover: 198 pages, 8.25" x 10.75", case wrap, 50# white interior paper, black and
white interior ink , 100# exterior paper, full-color exterior ink.

How much does your book
cost? |

- Soft cover is $13.50, plus shipping and handling.
- Hard cover is $25.98, plus shipping and handling

How does Print On Demand
work? |
|
|
Lulu.com is a "Print On Demand" service. That
means your book is not printed until it is ordered. It usually takes
3-5 business days to print and ship the soft cover edition. The
hard cover edition takes about 10-15 business days to print and ship
as the production process it a bit more complicated. Expect your order to
arrive in about a week after it is shipped. Shipment time is associated with the class of
shipping you selected. Lulu will send you an email when your book is
shipped. |

How much does shipping and
handling cost & how long does it take? |

Shipping and handing costs vary according to what
method you use.
- US Postal Regular Media: $2.75/No time guarantees (usually 1-3
weeks)
- US Postal Priority: $6.60/2-3 business days average
- FedEx Ground Home Delivery: $8.16/5 business days in continental US
NOTE: Lulu.com offers many
delivery choices. I have listed the most common. Upon checkout
you will be offered different S&H choices. Actual pricing will be
listed at that time.

How
do I check the status of an order? |
|
|
Your order will be processed via
Lulu.com.
Utilizing their system you will be able to tracking the following:
- Paid: The order has been processed and your
payment accepted. For download purchases, the content is
available in your
downloads/purchases. For book orders, the status
changes to fulfilling.
- Fulfilling: Your item
is in production. If you've waited more than 10 business
days and your order still says FULFILLING, click Receive
Status to enter a help request. Lulu will be happy to provide an
anticipated delivery date. When the order ships, the status
will change to SHIPPED.
- Shipped: The book has left the printer and is
being shipped to you. If you are not satisfied with your
purchase or have not received it yet, click Report a Problem
to enter a help request.
- Refund: The book was returned and Lulu refunded
your money.
- Waiting Funds: There is a problem with the order.
Usually the credit card charge did not go through properly. If your order says WAITING FUNDS, click Need Help? to enter
a help request and ask that Lulu investigate the order.
