Professor Dull's chart is based upon a document from the Japan Defense Agency, Source Volume 30, Part 2, Plates 5, 6 and 7 --- and Samuel Eliot Morison's, 'A Two-Ocean War: A Short History of the United States Navy in the Second World War', pages 452-453.

Secondary) 'The Battle of Leyte Gulf' by Adrian Stewart, page 151.

The USN CVE track is based upon the same material. The USN DD/DE tracks are less precise, although their loss location is based upon the same material.
